Our story
I’m Alex Mazariegos, founder of The Rolling Pour 1977. My journey in hospitality began at 16 years old in New York, where I discovered that the smallest details often make the biggest difference. What started as a job quickly became a passion. Over the years, I worked my way through the restaurant industry, managed restaurants, and had the privilege of being part of thousands of celebrations. After moving to California in 2018, I continued learning, exploring new restaurants, and finding inspiration in the people and places that make hospitality so special. The Rolling Pour 1977 is the result of that journey and my commitment to creating experiences where every guest feels welcomed and every detail matters.
